the challenge
This logo and the company it represents, holds a special place in our hearts so we wanted it to be one of the first projects represented here on this new page.
We moved here to Little Rock right at 6 years ago this spring. Moving to Arkansas was a huge step of faith for our family and we were moving with few connections and only a handful of friends. Being that we needed to find a house here, one of the first people we met was a local realtor by the name of Ray Ellen. Little did we know that Ray was also about to take a leap of faith and start his own real estate brokerage and thankfully for me, he needed a logo and branding identity for his new venture.
Ray and I hit it off immediately and he came to me with a very specific vision for what he wanted the voice of this new brokerage to invoke. He wanted it to be unique and to do business different than any brokerage in the market.
He wanted it to be colorful and media-centric. His vision was to build a real estate brokerage that operated like a creative agency. To be agile and to truly use every avenue and medium to market homes like no other brokerage was doing. And he wanted this logo to embody that vision. It wanted it to be cutting-edge yet to be a mark that could still invoke professionalism and authenticity. We had our work cut out for us!

After the project was said and done, I am so happy with how this branding turned out. Pixel Properties has been using this branding for years and it has scaled well with every need they have used it for.
